A nice little mountain

So started work on my next elf model, which is a mage, I’ve adapted my paint scheme for him, keeping the yellows and orange but dropping the green for grey. This is in part as he follows a “different path” the way of the mountain so I thought grey would work. And to my eye at least its working well with the yellow and orange.

Now he has a rather big cloak and was not sure how to tackle it so tried something a bit different! Still a way to go but I think I’m happy with the start.

I’m of 2 minds if I should do more layers on the mountain or leave it sort of pale in the cloak so to speak. Either way fun so far! And here is him next to another elf from my force as a reference.
